It has 2 double bedrooms, a separate, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, cooking and tea & coffee making facilities.
It has a spacious lounge/diner with a sofa that converts into a double bed. The apartment has a large terrace and golf views to the front and rear, and has easy access to the shared pool.
There is air-conditioning throughout along with free high speed Wi-Fi.
Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort, is the most recently built resort of the Polaris World developer.
It has a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Saurines, semi-desert style that blends with the surrounding landscape.
The heart of the resort houses a large lake, which gives character to the resort’s most exclusive homes.
The complex is very well connected and only 15 minutes from the beach and Corvera Murcia International airport
