The hotel has very basic facilities. Various things do not work properly, such as the air conditioning and the cleaning services, and the explanation given by the reception staff is that the hotel was recently opened. According to the booking, the room has city view, but in reality the room window is facing a wall. There are no restaurant and breakfast options available at the hotel. The hotel staff wrongly charged my card before the check-in time, they admitted the error, but gave me no compensation (even a symbolic one) for the inconvenience caused. At check-out, the hotel manager was very verbally aggressive, when discussing my claims. Overall, the stay at the hotel was a very bad experience.
