Spacious room with parking in the city centre

Pros: Space, parking, staff
Great stay in this hotel in down town Toulouse. We used the parking facilities which were on the road and next to the hotel. The room was big and they kindly brought up a travel cot for our baby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Complaining

No housekeeping uneven you cannot request the towels you have to pay for towels 12 Euro which is I think it’s expensive you come by the towers with six or seven euro

A fastastique find

Pros: It was a very short walk from the train station, very contemporary and unpretentious. Just what you need as a base to explore such a great town.
Cons: We did not find anything which needs to be improved during our visit.
Location: Toulouse is a great town where the local food is hearty and the locals friendly. There are museums, and old buildings to visit and a great market too.
Having previously stayed at another hotel, within the same area, and therefore being able to compare, the quality of the accommodation and service at the Nemea was excellent. The hotel is new, having opened in September, and all its facilities are on point. The finishes across the entire building are very good and contemporary and they can event offer kitchenettes which to those staying in the area sampling local delicacies may be a further benefit. The members of staff are friendly and helpful and even those we could not speak to made an effort to communicate with us in order to make sure we were looked after.

Pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant 3 jours, chambre juste propre à l'arrivée, bonde baignoire restée bloquée 2 jours malgré signalement 1er jour, petit dej tres quelconque, clientèle "gare" ... malgre prétendues 4 * et quartier glauque. Pas du tout adapté a clientèle affaires

Huone, johon minut ensiksi laitettiin, oli kadun puolella ja melu oli hjäiritsevää. Pyynnöstä minulle järjestettiin, hieman vaivaa nähden, uusi huone, joka oli lähes täydellisen hiljainen.
