Welcome to Nature Meets City On Mint. This modern apartment boast views across the river to the stadium from both the open plan living and main bedroom. The large balcony will be your special place where you can enjoy a morning coffee, a relaxed evening meal or simply chill. Combined with modern and recently styled interiors, this apartment will provide the ultimate Townsville holiday experience.
What is extra special about this apartment is once inside you’ll feel a sense of peace but still enjoy the convenience of a prime location which puts you on the doorstep of the city and just a ten-minute walk to Palmer Street. The city and Palmer Street offer an array of restaurants and specialty stores. If you fancier a longer walk, the waterfront Strand is a fifteen-minute walk and provides that waterfront vibe of dining while taking in magnificent water views to Magnetic Island. You’ll discover cafes overlooking the water, a variety of restaurants and more shopping. You can also walk as far as Pallarenda beach at one end and the Marina and Casino at the other.
Inside your apartment, you have a kitchen with all necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine and juicer so you can start your day with a kick! There’s a gorgeous open plan living area filled with views out to nature and the stadium. The two bedrooms are spacious, and the main bedroom features an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe space if you are here on a longer stay. The second bathroom is right next to the second bedroom offering the perfect solution for a two couple stay. There’s also the swimming pool and small gym conveniently located on the same level as your apartment for cooling off and relaxing!
