We warmly welcome you.   Our house "Seute Deern" was built in 1912 in the style of the bath architecture and was modernized for the first time in 1994/95. In 2017 we renovated the house and modernized. Thus furnished on 340 sqm the Zeitgeist according to modern furnished apartments of different sizes. The house is located near the center of the seaside resort Trassenheide on a 1600 sqm plot. To the house belongs a car parking lot, a small children's playground, a massive grill and smoke oven as well as sufficient sitting and lying area in the green. There is a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board in the neighboring building. Our broad, flat sloping sandy beach of the Baltic Sea can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes walk through the Küstenwald. We will be happy to assist you with a small hand cart to facilitate the short distance to the beach (1200 m). The supermarket with baker and butcher is reached in two minutes. In the 4 * hotel opposite you can use the beautiful wellness area (with costs). Nearby are two horse farms and the Bernstein thermal bath (Zinnowitz). In the seaside resort of Trassenheide there are, among other things, a rehabilitation clinic, a multitude of good restaurants, Kinderland, the largest butterfly farm in Germany, the "Haus auf dem Kopf" and the Wildlife Exhibition. Our island offers you everything you need for your soul as well as an active and relaxing holiday with landscape, bike paths, museums, culture and folklore. Our house is family run and we are always available as contact person. We are looking forward to your visit!
