Laura, the lady that takes care of the breakfast was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. . Outside hot tub jets did not work. Inside hot tub had overflowed into the pool on Wednesday night and was too hot to get into it. That had it fixed later Thursday nite. I also was told by a person at the front that when you don’t book with the hotel direct you don’t get as nice of a room.The hotel did offer us a nicer room for a extra fee. There were a lot of vacant rooms the 3 days we were there.

Called Cherry Tree Inn the day before, and requested an early check in 2pm. When we got to the Cherry Tree Inn on day the receptionist was not even aware of the early check in request. They said that there was no guarantee before 4pm. And clearly the request from night before was ignored. Had to wait in car for over hour to get into room. Toilet plugged and took hour for hotel to find plunger. Not good experience overall.

Our room was spotless, well arranged and had a comfort of home feel. Walk in shower was nice, but the open design (without door) leaves you chilled after showering. Otherwise excellent and I would come back.

If i could give this hotel 2.5 stars i would have. Pros:Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. The hotel has a good location. Cons: below average amenities. Pool is small. They advertise a game room, very lame. They advertise the "best breakfast" it was below average for any hotel
