Nice hotel, I liked the room & it’s close to the water. However during my stay it rained but only there for one day. There was a mixup with the airport shuttle and they wrote down the wrong day (I arrived on the 22nd they marked it the 26th) however that was quickly corrected. Having stayed at another hotel in the area I really prefer the Delamar. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel when returning to traverse city.

The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the amenities and free shuttle. Location was perfect and walkable to shops/restaurants and parks. Staff was courteous and cheerful. Would definitely stay again when in Traverse City.

Lovely front desk staff Sofia. Great service in Restaurant with Giovani. Great service with Valet and Shuttle. I love the details you still provide in room, for example real glasses, snacks, chair & desk, coffee maker that I don't have to move to use, robes, plenty of towels and good products. Excellent hotel and service! Loved the spacious lounge areas, outdoor fire pits, pools, etc. Only downside was the shower design, low pressure, no shower door made for a colder than preferred shower and wet floors.

Just overall a great place. Shuttle runs you to downtown and you can call anytime to get picked up. Pools heated, sauna was great, clean, super comfortable bed. Will definitely return!
