The boxed-breakfast was okay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. The TV was a pain as people, “Ashley’s phone” “Tom’s IPhone 8+” would repeatedly interrupt what we were watching by trying to cast onto our set. Then we had to turn off the tv and try to get back to the original channel we were watching, which is often difficult because the tv and remote randomly skip every other channel. This interruption happened eight times. The front desk sent a maintenance man up after we reported it and he said there’s nothing you can do except turn off the tv and start over.

Rented the big family suite. Everything was as it has been each time I have rented it, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is nice to be able to cook and host a family dinner. Bathrooms both were clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the stay and everything was fine. We’ve stayed there several times. I was disappointed that they did not work with us when we had to leave early due to a bad snowstorm coming in. We left a day early because of the snow and asked for some type of credit or discounted Stay the next time we come and they were not willing to help out at all. I would have liked at least some type of future credit or something.
