It is tastefully decorated with neutral decor, boasts 2 gas fireplaces, radiant electric heat, quality finishes and a lovely walk out 33x7 terrace. One of only 3 condos in the entire development, the space offers an exceptional degree of privacy and security while also being ideally situated in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. With an attached 3rd-level garage and plenty of guest parking, this a truly a unique offering.
Master bedroom - A King bed with a flat screen Smart TV and a fully attached bathroom with an enormous shower featuring dual shower heads and his and her sinks. Perfect for having your own space!

A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
