Right at the foot of mount vesuvius, with views of the sea as well. This was nothing but a room for us for the night, so our expectations weren’t high anyhow. Room was clean, well maintained and easily big enough for a family of four. Our only issue was that my Italian is limited and the lady on reception, her English was nonexistent, once we connected to the WiFi and got the translation app going we were good. Similar issue on check out with the only person on site who was the cleaner. It didn’t matter to us but I don’t know to what extent the reception is staffed, certainly not permanent but I would’ve thought it would be at checkout times.

Very difficult to get to from the airport. Definitely have to have a car rental. The entrance is significantly further up the road than Maps says. No English at all. No breakfast available at all even for a fee, unlike listing. Enjoyed the setting and lush garden space on property and the terrace is a wonderful spot. Convenient to Vesuvius but not nearly as close as listing implies, still a 20+ min drive.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Luigi provided the best service during our stay. The views are amazing and the grounds are beautiful.
