Beautiful new house of 150 m2 at the tip of Trévignon, near Concarneau, ideal for holidays with family or friends, 5 minutes from the beaches on foot.

On the ground floor, large living space of 50 m2 with a kitchen, a master suite, overlooking a terrace of 90 m2.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a bed of 160 and a balcony, a 2nd with a bed of 140 and a 3 with 2 beds of 90. A bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet.
Very quiet place, with a garden.

This is a lovely, comfortable house with great artwork and decor. There’s a sunny garden with outdoor dining and comfy seating areas. The hosts were friendly and helpful (and left us some delicious apple juice and homemade jam!). It had everything we needed for a late summer holiday in Brittany!

Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans la maison ! C’était très calme, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cela !La maison est équipée de tout qu’on a besoin. Rien ne nous a manqué !La plage est facilement accessible à pied ! Une très belle plage, idéale pour les enfants !La propriétaire est très gentille et pas compliquée. Nous voulons y retourner :-)

Trevignon ist ein Traum

Das Haus war groß und bis auf kleine Schwächen sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieterin sehr nett und der Ort und das Umfeld einfach traumhaft. Tolle Strände und Wanderwege, schöne Orte und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung, dazu gutes Essen, passt alles.

Hier stimmt alles!

Wir haben Im September mit drei Paaren zwei sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Alle Angaben zum Objekt sind korrekt. Die ausgezeichnete Lage und die gute Einrichtung haben uns überzeugt. Das Equipment der Küche ist top. Vom Austernmesser bis zum Zahnstocher - alles da. Herauszuheben ist die große Holzterrasse, die wir bei schönstem Wetter ausgiebig genutzt haben. Fazit: jederzeit wieder und Nathalie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Das Haus ist modern und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Schöne Zimmer, viel Platz, tolle Terrasse und Garten. Große Küche mit allen Utensilien und Essbereich drinnen und draussen. Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen, sowie Restaurant, Bar und Café. Trevignon ist klein und ruhig. Kein Nachtleben, keine Touristenströme. Supermarkt und Bäckerei im Nachbarort. Surfstrand Kersidan ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar, La Torche ca. 60 Minuten mit dem Auto. Badestrand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles sehr schön und sauber, das Haus und die Umgebung, sowie die Strände. Freundliche und sympathische Leute, so wie auch Nathalie, die Gastgeberin, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und alles lief unkompliziert ab.

Sommerurlaub 2021

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Austausch war immer sehr schnell und sehr hilfreich und zeigte sich auch in einem sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man erreicht fußläufig einen kleinen Strand und den Hafen mit schönen Bistros sowie tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind großzügig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns toll erholt und haben jeden Tag tolle Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung gemacht.

Traumhaft und entspannt

uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl im Haus von Nathalie gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hell. So kann man sich auch an einem Regentag hier gut erholen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die kurzen Fußwege zum Strand, zum Fischer und zur Bar. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen perfekten Urlaub

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison fantastique. Meublé avec beaucoup de goût et la cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Une semaine parfaite

Nous avons occupé cette maison du 26 mai au 02 juin , nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Cette maison contemporaine, très lumineuse, agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût , offre le calme de la campagne et la proximité de la mer, à 500 m. Dès votre arrivée vous ressentez un sentiment de quiétude et vous savez que votre séjour sera agréable. Il l'a été . Nous ne connaissions pas cette côte , c'est magnifique .Merci à Mme Bellour pour son accueil très chaleureux et pour ses petites attentions . Cette belle maison nous y retournerons .

nous rentrons d'un séjour merveilleux chez Nathalie . Tout dans sa maison agréable et fonctionnelle est propice au repos . Son accueil est fort sympathique et l'endroit magique . Super schönes Haus in toller Lage

Die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber, modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es liegt nah am Meer und auch für sonstige Ausflüge gut gelegen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
