Property was great but the guy at the front desk was a dick bad addiction and not very friendly was very short with us and. It accommodating especially when we had to come down for hot water for making tea. He just said yeah you can’t get hot water out of the coffee machine you gonna have to use the microwave. Wen to the microwave and it was missing the round turn table so did not heat the water properly

My room was filthy. The halls and room smelled deeply of marijuana. They ought to rename this place the hotbox hotel. There is no way that I could stay here. Management refused any kind of refund and was rude and condescending as I left. The pictures in no way represent what this place looks smells or feels like. The next day in discussing it with people that live locally it was called the place where all the drug addicts hang out. I’m certain that they’re nice people that stay here, but I would certainly not send anyone in a vulnerable population here, I am working with Hotels.com to get the refund. Management has refused three times. There’s a fair chance that I will need to get a Pickett sign and stand outside for a while to make sure it cost them more than what they made on my stay there.

The person who checked me in was very condescending and made me feel like I never went to a hotel. Water was never hot and the pressure of it was not up to par. The only thing that was worth it was the laundry basket in the room and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if there wasn’t any other places to stay. If your looking for extra safety the way you get in to the hotel is good but felt like I was in a jail.

The first room we were given, was gross. I took photos. There was boogers on the wall, grease and food crumbs on the counters next to the sink/fridge, stuff all over the floor like pretzels and it was clearly not swept or vaccumed. I think the first room the bedding was just changed and made nothing else in the primary part of the room. Thankfully, the front desk staff immediately gave us a a new room that was actually clean. My only complaint would be that the walls/floors are pretty thin. We could hear people coming down the hall and loud voices in the room next to us and below us. My husband asked the front desk as well if they have do not disturb signs and the male employee working rudely responded “Nope. We don’t go in your rooms this is part of an extended stay”. Anyways, not the best experience and wouldn’t return back. The environment was sketchy as well the type of people come in and out, staying there, hanging outside. Would not recommend for a family stay or longer than a quick night. The daytime female staff was very helpful and nice tho

The staff is every friendly. When my husband and I walked into the lobby it smelt so clean and not like a hospital like some other hotels do. Our room smelt really good and was really clean. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. My husband and I will be staying there again
