Emplacement superbe, chambre confortable

Séjour d'une semaine. Emplacement très pratique (près du village créole (pour restaurants, boutiques, etc.), de la navette vers Fort-de-France). À noter que le wifi ne fonctionnait jamais dans la chambre, il faut se rendre à la réception ou à la piscine de l'hôtel. Quelques soucis électriques hors du contrôle du propriétaire (mais il faut faire PLUSIEURS suivis à la réception pour que le problème soit réglé convenablement 2 jours plus tard). Petit balcon bien pratique avec vue sur la marina. Lit confortable et propre.

Emplacement parfait, à proximité des restaurants, des boutiques et de la plage. Procédure d'arrivée et de départ très simple avec la boîte à clé. Le logement est assez petit, c'est un studio avec la kitchenette sur le balcon, la propreté laissait un peu à désirer. L'équipement est sommaire mais suffisante toutefois pour préparer des repas simples. Un plus serait d'avoir une machine à café à dosettes.

Situation exceptionnelle

L appartement est idéalement situé. Au carayou à la pointe du bout. Face Marina. L appart est parfait pour 2 personnes. Bon le parking parfois pas simple d y trouver une place surtout à la période de Pâques mais c est un détail. On trouve toujours. L hôte était toujours disponible par sms et très sympa et arrangeant. Je recommande et on y reviendra.

Très bon emplacement tout est à proximité avons, profitez un max juste petit bémol manque de rangement et de vaisselle sinon ras tout était correct merci au propriétaire qui nous a laissé repartir à l heure que nous lui avions demande

emplacement et cadre exceptionnel

Logement fonctionnel au 1er étage avec vue sur la Marina. Equipements : TV, cafetière, WI fi (pas de connexion dans la résidence pendant notre séjour), cuisinette sur le balcon, clim, douche. Parking à l’intérieur de la résidence. Très bien situé à côté du port avec bar, boutiques, restaurants, plage, départ excursion bateaux, navette Fort de France et proche du village créole ce qui permet de ne pas prendre sa voiture le soir. Possibilité de profiter de la piscine, du bar et de la plage de l'hôtel. Hôte disponible et réactif. Merci encore pour le petit cadeau d'arrivée.

Séjour Martinique

Le descriptif de l’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Mis à part 2 détails la porte d’entrée qui ouvre mal et un des pieds du lit cassé. L’appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. La terrasse donne directement sur la marina ce qui est très agréable. Et la localisation de l’appartement dans l’enceinte du carayou avec la piscine est très agréable. En bref nous recommandons ce logement pour passer de bonne vacances.

Produit immobilier bon. Tout ce qui compose l'intérieur était soit sale, dangereux ou à jeter. Il a fallu 3 semaines au propriétaire pour réagir sur un mois de location !!! Irrespect total du propriétaire, heureusement madame plus conciliante. Location à éviter. Frigo cassé, TV en panne, grille pain obsolète, couverts et poêle cassés et rouillés. Chaises plastique repeintes avec peinture qui déteint dur les vêtements. Etc etc...

Si il y avait eu un séjour !!

C'est moi qui ai dû informé le propriétaire de l'hôtel qu'il était fermé une semaine à l'avance. Et j'attendais donc un remboursement il m'a fait comprendre qu'il était hors du département et qu'il ne pouvait pas me rembourser car il n'avait pas les codes. J'ai dû prendre un autre hôtel, et ce n'est d'un jour avant la fin de mon séjour lorsque j'ai appelé Abritel, qu'il m'a remboursé... Je pense qu'il a voulu m'anarquer. Car selon lui il fallait qu'il soit en Martinique pour me rembourser. Et quand j'ai appelé Abritel comme par magie tous c'est débloquer.

Appartement confortable et calme, climatisé avec vue imprenable sur l'entrée de la Marina depuis le balcon... Un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes et même au delà. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la résidence hôtelière sécurisée, la disponibilité et l'accueil de son personnel et ses extérieurs parfaitement entretenus. La possibiité de rejoindre Fort de France en navette, de louer une voiture sur place... et bien plus encore... tous le services sont disponibles sur le site. La proximité des commerces et des restaurants permettent de découvrir la convivialité des martiniquais, les produits traditionnels et la cuisine locale à des prix modérés pour un service de qualité. Un lieu idéal pour profiter non seulement des aménagements hôteliers, mais également de la proximité de la mer et des plages offrant de nombreuses distractions et possibilités de visites à proximité.
