Logement très agréable

Cet appartement est bien situé dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons apprécié la piscine en fin de journée et l'accès rapide à la plage. Le sympathique proprio nous a donné plusieurs bons tuyaux. Merci Philippe!

Propperty perfect.Great THANK YOU to Silvye,for her great advices,and warm welcome! Some more words for the next guests:one way to/or from/ the airport by taxi is 65 euros! Best and highly recommended is to make a rental car reservation online,and remember!automatic transmition is hard to find,and more expensive!One more Thank You,and best of luck! Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Phillipe et Sophie qui sont des hôtes fort accueillants, de très bons conseils et passionnés de leur île. Les lieux étaient parfaits pour notre famille de 4 (2 jeunes enfants); la piscine et la galerie avec la vue, la proximité de la plage et des commerces de l’Anse à l’Âne ont été fort appréciés! Merci encore pour tout, et nous recommanderions cet endroit sans hésitation.

point négatif/positif

voici les points négatifs l annonce represente 2 appartements, on ne choisis pas. il y a un horaire pour la clim de 20:00 a 7 am . il faudrait le mentionner dans l annonce. il y a un horaire pour la piscine de 9:00am a 19:00 , il faudrait le mentionner dans l’annonce. la cafetière est du pour un remplacement! j ai du laver les serviettes de bains et le tapis de douche a mon arrivée la propreté n etais pas au rendez-vous. (pour les serviettes et le tapis) points positifs frigo , four et micro onde ,parfait! coutellerie et équipements parfait. le lit tres confortable ! les draps etais propres ! wifi parfait! sylvie 5 étoiles!!! vous pourrez compter sur elle pour de bon conseil et toujours la pour aider. sylvie est la voisine au dessus des appartements, non on ne l entend pas 😊 voila ! si les points négatifs sont corrigés alors il serait facide donne un 5 étoile a cette appartement!

Logement très fonctionnel, très bon accueil et conseils de Philippe qui est toujours disponible pour partager ses bons plans. Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines Logement adapté pour bébé, la piscine est toujours propre et un vrai plus ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Séjour agréable dans un environnement calme. Appartement spacieux. Piscine avec jolie vue, pas de vis-à-vis tranquille. Petit bémol, le lampadaire de la rue oblige à utiliser la clim. dans la chambre, le store occultant empêchant l'ouverture de la fenêtre. Pas de porte à la cabine de douche.

Alles is prima in orde,. Een bezwaar is echter dat het balkon wordt gedeeld met de buren, afgescheiden door een visuele afscheiding, maar gesprekken van de buren waren woord voor woord te volgen. We hebben de buren moeten verzoeken wat minder luidruchtig te zijn omdat wij elkaar soms niet konden verstaan.

L’appartement est super, très pratique, terrasse au top pour profiter de la vue, localisation parfaite avec plage et commerces accessibles à pied ! Nous avons pu profiter de l’ile au maximum et nous reviendrons sûrement !!

Agréable à vivre avec un point de vue superbe.

Bien située à quelques mètres de la plage, de petits commerces et pour sillonner en Martinique. Piscine appréciée surtout en soirée après une ballade à la journée. Location qui ne manque de rien. Philippe le propriétaire est bien présent pour répondre à nos besoins et surtout de bon conseil pour des idées de sorties. Sylvie une voisine très sympathique avec qui il est agréable de discuter.

Superbe location à deux pas de la plage.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l'Anse à l'âne. L'accueil du propriétaire a été très sympa. Le site est magnifique et calme, la plage peu fréquentée. La piscine a vraiment été un plus non négligeable où il a fait bon se baigner. La climatisation dans la chambre et le confort intérieur de l'appartement nous ont permis de passer un magnifique séjour. Une adresse à retenir... Mylène et Laurent

L'appartement est bien situé, proche des plages et des commerces que l'on peut facilement rejoindre à pied en 10 mn, très au calme, lumineux, bien équipé. La piscine est nettoyée tous les deux jours. Nous recommandons le logement de Philippe.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appart de philippe ! L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Martinique. La vue de l'appart sur les montagnes et la mer est sublime :) Merci à Philippe pour son accueil chaleureux les précieux conseils ayant amélioré notre séjour et aussi pour la sortie de plongée !! Charmant petit appartement

Avec un propriétaire comme Philippe, comment ne pas être satisfait. L'appartement est très biens , avec sa petite piscine. Un petit paradis ou les oiseaux manger avec vous sur la terrasse. Je recommande l'appartement de Philippe

Bon accueil, appartement bien équipé... surtout, une jolie vue mer depuis la terrasse ou la piscine.., jardin sympa, et petite piscine très agréable au calme, dans son écrin de verdure.. 10 minutes à pied de la plage de l'anse à l'âne, et tout près de l'anse Dufour et de l'anse noire en voiture.. une adresse à recommander..

Bel appartement avec un accueil parfait

Une semaine passée chez Philippe nous a paru trop courte. L'appartement est très confortable et l'emplacement idéal, mais le plus a été l'accueil de Philippe qui nous a fait découvrir sa région à bord de son bateau ou autour d'un petit planteur. Bref un séjour que l'on oubliera pas et que nous conseillons vivement. Mathieu et jennifer.
