It is awfull, service desk staff very impatient and rude, the morning one walking around with big tuque on his head and is for some reason never at the service desk! No soap in bathroom, towels not big enough to cover you, breakfast place is freezing, not hot water for tea, and when asked, brings back barely luke warm water, fistt day no coffee creamer, got the clerk after 20 mins, who asked me what coffee creamer looked like!! Second day, coffee creamer was in small little cups like at tims and was curdled, ANYWAY, all around it is not a good hotel! Beds are somewhat comfortable, but blanckets are inside out and wrong side( lenght wise) for the bed, its not a big thing but HOTELS should pay attention to that!!!
