This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom semi-detached house located in Troon. This well appointed property is set just next to Barassie and a short car journey to the centre of Troon, the beach is approx. 10-15 mins away by foot.
For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley, Fullarton and Lochgreen all nearby.
The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge is open plan to the dining area. There master bedroom is a double, the rear bedroom has a superking bed which can be split into twin beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. Very dirty

House on the surface looked ok but when you started to look around and use things we found out that a lot of things were very dirty, lots of mold in washing machine, bed linens dirty, cutlery and utensils greasy and dirty, lots of dirt in cupboards and shelves, both hovers completely full of dirt. We ended up buying our own bedding and eating utensils. we did get offerd for a cleaner to come back out but by then we had started cleaning up as we got on late. and didn’t want someone in the house while we were there.
Stayed 15 nights in Sep 2024
