Questa graziosa casa è situata su una collina in un'area naturale, che è tranquilla e circondata da tanto verde con una magnifica vista frontale sul mare dal salotto e dal giardino ma a soli 2-3 minuti di auto dal centro di Tropea.

L'appartamento si trova su una collina e ha una vista mozzafiato sul mare, che conferisce all'intero luogo un'atmosfera davvero tranquilla che amerai. Entrando nell'appartamento, sarete accolti dal soggiorno/cucina con ampia finestra, entrambi dotati dei servizi necessari per godere appieno il vostro soggiorno. La cucina è dotata di frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno, tutti gli utensili da cucina e stoviglie. Il balcone ha anche una doccia esterna e una lavatrice.
C'è un delizioso tavolo da pranzo che serve per 4 persone in questa zona, ottimo per fare colazione, pranzo o cena a casa quando non hai voglia di andare in uno dei ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Ci sono due camere da letto, entrambe dotate di letto matrimoniale, per cui l'appartamento ha spazio sufficiente per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Tutti i cuscini e le lenzuola sono forniti, così come articoli da toeletta come gli asciugamani, quindi non devi preoccuparti di mettere in valigia nulla di tutto ciò.

Beautiful property with a fantastic view of the coast! The apartment is very spacious and the courtyard/garden is lovely. Beds were super comfy and the whole place was very clean and decorated really nicely!!Mario, the property’s owner, was very nice and helpful and answered our calls/messages right away every time. He’s our hero! Would be great if there was a book with tips/tricks about the apartment, like how to use the stove (it was very tricky!) and how to sort the garbage. Also with some recommendations for the area! Only big complaint was that the location shown on VRBO was wrong! We booked it thinking it was walking distance to the town, however it was not. We had to take taxis to/from the town every time which added up quickly. Spoke to Mario about it and seems as though it is a mistake on VRBOs part as he showed the location he has imputed on the app and it is correct. When I booked it gave a completely different address. If you have a car or scooter this would be a great place for you, but don’t plan on walking! (Part of the walk into town is along a highway and very dangerous).
