Everything about the property was perfect exactly as listed . Close to the fun downtown area but far enough away that the neighborhood seems pretty rough, but hey itâs Albany. The stay was awesome and if I ever come back this way Iâll definitely be looking to stay here again.
The building has turn-of-the-century (1900) charm, with an apartment that has been fully renovated with all the quality and amenities I would look for. Walking distance to downtown Troy, with all its beautiful little shops and restaurants. Street parking was always available. And th property manager was exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend.
The apartment is spacious and there is plenty of room for a family. The building is old and you can tell the owner did some updates, but it still has the bones of an older building. The interior stairs are older and have lots of wear on the treads so they are uneven, so if you have mobility issues, maybe do some research. It's was chilly and snowing while we were up and the heating system struggled a bit to keep it consistently warm when it was super cold out, but it was good overall. You can hear noise from the other two units if there is music playing or loud talkers, but management handled the noise issues quickly. Our pets really enjoyed the space and it was very pet friendly. All in all a great rental.
The apartment is a lovely third floor space with everything that you could need for a stay in Troy. As with many older townhomes the stairs are a little steep, but the apartment more than made up for them. It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. I would highly recommend this rental.
Well maintained property, clean and comfortable. Easy access to necessities both within the house and walking distance for other creatures comforts. Get area to walk and explore. Quite neighbors and good neighborhood.
This 2 BR apartment in Troy worked just fine for our week long stay while visiting family in the area. As advertised it is a 3rd floor apartment that requires walking up two levels to a nice apartment which was plenty spacious for our needs. It is located on the outskirts of the downtown Troy area that is being refurbished. There are several dining options in close proximity. Parking is on the street, but despite being out in the early evening most nights we were always able to find spots on the same block. James is a very responsive property manager who took excellent care of our needs! Thank you James!
