one of the bathroom had leaking problem. we couldn't use the master bedroom because of that. The property management didn't even answered to that problem.

Decent but could be better

First of all, the listing was misrepresented as having a king bed. This was not accurate. Both large beds were queen size. We continually had to deal with a clogged up right sink with a non working garbage disposal. Even though we didnt use it, it would keep backing up. We found a mini plunger that was provided that we had to keep using. Why not just get it fixed!? Managers stopped responding so we just muddled through. They had a total of six mismatched wine glasses and a set of chipped plates. These are things that are easily remedied at Costco or the like. The good parts were: The neighborhood, views, and spaciousness of the accommodations were very nice. We loved taking the shuttle to Northstar village.

Stay in Tahoe for baseball tournament

Everything was there as advertised. Location was perfect for me to get to both baseball team locations in Incline and Truckee. Over looking the golf course was great as well.

Spacious home with lovely views

The family room window was perfect to watch the snowfall or the sunset. Shovels are available, if needed for snow removal; but, no real need as snow removal is done in the morning. Shuttle available to drive you into village. We brought our favorite flavor pods to use as there is a Keurig. Washer and dryer were nice as well

Wonderful Family Weekend

Everyone really enjoyed this beautiful home. Very cozy with amazing views. It also had Keurig and regular coffee makers which some people might find helpful to know. The cooktop takes a long time to get hot - maybe needs new burners? But we got by. The family had the bedrooms and I slept on the couch in the tv room which was very comfortable.

Great House for a group

I brought my teenage grandson and his friends up for a ski weekend. The house was large and very comfortable. It was easy to get into the house, it was very clean, large, and had great amenities. The kitchen was well appointed. And it's very close to the ski lift area. There's a river out in the back behind the house that the boys had fun playing in after they skied. There's also access to the rec center and the boys enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after a day of play. This is a great house for a group of people and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Spring break ski trip

We stayed during my teenage boys school spring break and had a great time. The house was bigger than I expected and in a great location. The village shuttle picked us up right at the driveway and delivered us right at the Northstar village. The house had everything we needed and was perfect.

Great Location

Loved the property and the multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. All appliances worked great, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The view was lovely, and we enjoyed the decks. My only reservations was the size of the tiny soap in the bath that melted after one use and not enough paper towels in the kitchen. Al in all, it was a wonderful family vacation.

Spacious and yet still cozy

This place has a rock and lumber cabin look, with an easy-to-light log fireplace. (Gas line helps easily start it up). Big table for hanging out and games, as well as eating. And of course the location is great. Just know that the shuttles are stopping at 6pm currently so you will need to Uber/Lyft if you eat/drink in the village of an evening.

The home was excellently stocked and had a great location. Its decor and appliances were vintage, but we loved it. The kids brought their own monitors for their gaming systems since there is only one TV. The house was immaculate and clean. Everything worked and it was so close to the slopes. We will be back.

Great Service!

Property management was very friendly and responsive. Had a question regarding the property the day before Thanksgiving and it was answered immediately. We were also invited to check-in early which was very thoughtful since we were driving from San Diego and getting ready for Thanksgiving. Property is very well located and well furnished! Very enjoyable stay.
