Because I had received a text update, I did not realize info was also sent by email and I had hundreds of unread emails since I had been traveling. I did not know what unit we were to go to and had to call for info. Also, we arrived at 3:50 in the afternoon and had to wait 20-25 minutes for the cleaner to finish cleaning. She also told us to park in a different space than Vrbo did and in the end we couldn't park in either--the space Vrbo indicated was taken and the other space was too small for our truck.The condo was clean and everything worked, though it would have been nice to have the correct size coffee filters for the coffee machine. The major complaints I had were that something in the cleaning chemicals made our friend's asthma flare up and he was very ill the first night. I found the bed to be too soft for me, but realize that is a personal preference. We also had to drive a long way to get to the places we wanted to visit, but that is because we waited too long to reserve.So--all in all--a 3 star review.
