Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely clean and the pool and mountain view surroundings were beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a few questions upon arrival and the communication with the host was a 10. We definitely would go back and stay here again.

The pool is described as heated but you have to pay additional per day for "Heating" it, so the rate is actually more than posted. Other than that, the house is great for a family vacation!

We highly recommend this property and would stay here again. The pictures don’t do it justice. Pros: HOT water, good water pressure, comfortable beds, AC worked great, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a safe area. The yard is private and the backyard views are amazing. Behind the fence is a nice “green space” to observe wildlife. Lots of birds to listen to and watch in the morning with a cup of coffee. The reclining sectional in the living room was perfect to relax on after a long day. The outdoor living space was perfect and included a TV (which was great to watch NCAA tournament games while in the pool/spa). We paid extra to heat the pool/spa and I’m so glad we did. Highs during the day were usually upper 80s and lows at night were 50-60s. Heating allowed us to get up and be in the pool at 5:30am

Had an issue with the pool not connecting and they sent someone over right away to fix it. Quiet neighborhood, our family had a great time visiting other family members in the area.

The stay was largely wonderful. Communication/responses from the team were sometimes inconsistent, but largely the hosts were very helpful! We had some problems with the WiFi which the hosts addressed very quickly! The house was beautiful and a great spot to stay. We look forward to returning soon.

Tucson Area Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this property. We were able to visit Saguaro East National Park, Tombstone, Bisbee, and the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. The location was great, the property clean, and the heated pool and spa were fantastic.

Peaceful home/pool Quite neighborhood

We stayed here with an 8yr old. He loved the pool and bunk beds there is a TV in the room so he could watch his own shows. The adults loved the peaceful yard, fire pit, and spa I would stay here again.

Our time at the pool with our 6 grandkids (ages 7mos-10yrs) was absolutely wonderful! The only concern is that the pool is not fenced and there are no safety locks on the patio doors so the kids couldn't play outside without close adult supervision. Also, there were technical difficulties in getting the pool and spa heated. Fortunately, the weather was warm enough to still enjoy the pool.

Family Friendly AZ Retreat

Pictures don’t do this property justice. Beautiful spacious family friendly property, backing up to washout area with a view and the feeling of a private resort. Just heat up the pool and hot tub early so you can enjoy it. Nicely equipped home, perfect for the whole family.

We had a wonderful stay at this large house that had plenty of room for 3 couples. The house is very comfortable with a huge couch in the living room. Everything we could need was available with a well stocked kitchen. Would have been nice to have real glasses rather than plastic however we understand that wouldn’t be a good idea with a pool and hot tub. The outside area had lots of comfortable seating and a large dining table. The backyard overlooks a beautiful desert scape. Unfortunately there was a problem with the heater in the pool so we couldn’t use it but they were quick to credit us and they sent a pool tech as soon as they could. Communication was excellent and any questions we had were quickly answered. This property is a bit remote but adds to the charm. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Needs A Few Updates

House was nice, clean but is in desperate need of a few updates. Cookware sets definitely needs replaced as does the knife set. Would be nice if a mixer was offered. The A/C kept resetting to 85 degrees. The pool is nice but the fact that you cannot take out the cleaning hose makes it so you can’t really enjoy the pool because you are constantly having to move it. Also the pool is not lit so a night swim is hard. Overall the house served the purpose but we will not be rebooking.

Comfortable, super clean, and spacious home, great for families. Kids enjoyed birdwatching from the pool deck; pool and spa were highlights. Host communication was excellent. Host purchased additional pool towels.Check-in quirk: Keyless lock repeatedly jammed until we discovered the door must be pulled into the jamb to unlock.Kitchen: Serviceable but minimally equipped. Limited appliances (blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster). No hand mixer; manual can opener didn’t work. Two of three frying pans were scorched. Plenty of plates and service ware; good family dining/entertainment space.Heated pool enjoyed by all; controls take practice but work fine.Barbecue: Very old and very small; likely too limited for family grilling.Furniture & flooring: Older but functional. Recliner controls hidden between cushions, difficult to find; footrests stiff. Carpet clean but worn.Cleaning items: Shark Stick Vacuum was not cleaned out prior to arrival, and didn’t work well.Linens: Blankets were hard to find and few in number.Bath: Nice rain shower in principal ensuite; two hair dryers available (not listed).Pantry items: Basic spices, Maxwell House coffee & leftover opened bags by previous guests. Minimal bakeware (mainly two muffin tins).Water: Regional tap water has a strong mineral taste; recommend bottled water.
