Bring the family together in this spacious getaway located just 8 minutes from Catalina State Park! Whether you beat the heat in the pool or warm up in the spa during the evening cold, or relax in the living room watching a movie next to the fireplace, this home has your needs covered. This home also features a doggie door along with a run so you have the option to bring your furry pals. Double car garage and driveway parking for 3 additional cars will provide plenty of space for your family.
Events are only allowed with authorization and additional charge. Pool can be heated for additional charge (75 per day). Chairs and tables available for rent. Pet fee 100 per pet
Pets are allowed with additional fee charged separately (100 pet pet). Events have to be approved and require additional fee. Pool and Spa heating has to be approved and requires fee. Curfew/ Quite hours are between 10 pm and 6am every. no disruptive music or light or sounds can be made between those hours.
