Joele and Shi were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was clean, the bed comfy. And the pool and hot tub were a plus. Close by lots of dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist (Shi) made sure we were happy with the room, and provided all the information regarding parking, breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel itself is beautiful. We had a great room and enjoyed our stay.

Clean well maintained rooms as entire property! My room was nicer than I expected and very spacious and pleasing to the eye. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is a hotel you can stay at and never want to leave. Location is great if need to get around Tucson or if staying in the area your not far from some of the best restaurants & shopping

The property is older and poorly noise insulated. You can hear people in the room next door talking and the tv on next door. When walking down the hallway you can hear people in the rooms talking as you walked by.

My room was very large. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave with the coffee maker. Good breakfast options. I am on a high protein diet, and there were enough options, which isn't always the case.
