Having an alternative DF yogurt would be ideal for those of us who cannot digest dairy. Room was spacious in clean. However, I sent two emails to the hotel prior to my stay, neither of which were answered. For security reasons (a woman traveling alone), I asked for an upper floor weeks in advance. Told at the front desk this was not possible/available. Very disappointing. Also, I had inquired about the time frame for cancelling as it seemed particularly long (not two but 5 days). I take responsibility for not reading the 'fine print', but someone could have at least responded to me.

Friendliest staff of a hotel I ever met. I recently stayed here for 5 days while cleaning out the home of a deceased relative. The staff accommodated a couple of unusual requests from me and made the stay less of a stressful situation. Breakfast was pretty decent too with different options every morning.

We booked a double queen room but were given a king room at check-in. After returning to the front desk, we were told the system showed our booking as a king. I don't blame the H.I. as this may be a bug in the booking system. However, when I presented my confirmation email showing 2 queens, the front desk seemed inconvenienced when finding us another room. The only nice things about the room we finally got is that the k-cup coffeemaker & TV worked, and the view was decent. The room needed updating/maintenance, the mattresses were a bit 'hard' and there was no alarm clock, but the bathroom was the worst. Two of the 4 lights were burning out, there would be standing water on the floor around the toilet and tub after taking a shower (no matter how the shower curtains were arranged) and the ventilation was nonexistent, causing condensation so bad that water was dripping from the light fixtures and the wallpaper was peeling. In fairness, we have stayed here in the past, as we have family in the area, and were very happy with our room at that time, and the overall facility and visitor amenities are great, but after this most recent stay we may reconsider staying here next time around. FYI, the room # was 305, in case the maintenance team wants to check it out.
