It felt like a safe and clean property. The employees at the front desk and restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms, AC unit, sliders, floor boards overall were very dated. The building, pool and facilities are nice but it is a motor lodge. The photos made it seem more like a resort but the AC unit installed in the wall was loud and kept me awake most of the night turning off and on. The mountain view was incredible however. So if you can deal with the motor lodge style, its a nice clean place.

H&E's Family and Friends Vacation

It's 9/22 and my family and friends just checked out. I have to say we loved our stay. While the rooms are dated they were also clean and the perfect size. My mom locked herself out of the Casita via the back patio door, at night in her jammies and they gave her a room to sleep in until maintenance could open her door. The Assistant GM Maria was so helpful to facilitate this at 9 pm. We are so grateful! My friends,family and I had a great time in the pool, while being entertained by a few women singing after hanging out and drinking. The fireplace in the courtyard was cozy and not hot! We were offer s'mores to roast and cookies to eat. Breakfast was above average and the unlimited Mimosas kept my people happy as did the 2 for 1 Happy Hour work chips and salsa. In closing, it was a great experience that I would do all over again, minus mom locking herself out. We will remember this forever! Thank you!
