Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
1. Startled by loud airplain zonic Boom 8:00am. If you have heart problems or in convalescent. Do not stay there its like an engine next to your window
2.waffle batter splattered on counter,floor mat and trash can after 4 days it was not cleaned mentioned to front desk on day one
3. Did not need room service for 9 days. Just vacuum. I was instructed from front counter to get vac from maid and do it my self.
4.breakfast shuts down 9:00am. Coffee machine turned off while guest was pouring his coffee. The man behind him was not allowed coffee. 15 mins before 9:00 two people where making waffle stacks of 10 each Not allowing anyone to get a chance.
5. Towels used for cleaning are also used to clean trash and is left on the trash cans thev are then used for the food counters
6. Maids play loud music In the hall way when cleaning. I like to sleep in till 10:00. Front desk said she would have it turned off. Did not happen.
7. Maids pretend not to speak English so you won''t ask them for anything.
Stay in a expensive Motel or surrounding hotels. I stayed in those, 100% better.
