There was an loud coming out of the shower vent at 6:20 in the morning, when asked the staff what was the problem I was told, Oh I came in at 7 and I don't know what is going on! then I wore brand new white socks and when I walked on the carpet they were brown/black on the bottom, obliviously the carpet hasn't been cleaned in some time, The elevator got stuck at least three times havint the staff to reset....BAD PLACE TO STAY

The hotel is run down, the hall carpets are dirty & extremely warn and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. The person at check in was not welcoming at all. The man that checked us out was the only thing decent about the hotel. We have stayed here many times over the years but won’t return.

The room was advertised as handicap accessible. My room was on the first floor. But it did not have a roll in shower as requested. It had a seat for the bathtub, but no way for a person in a wheel chair to get into it. Grab bars were in inconvenient locations. The breakfast provided was not good. Front desk staff did not address our concerns when we presented them. Just said this hotel doesn't have roll in showers. My daughter's room was also labeled handicap but did not have a hand held shower head and the same set as the bathroom in my room. The fitted bottom sheet on her bed did not fit the bed. When she took a shower the bathroom floor got standing water. And the mattress had cigarette burn spots on it. Supposed to be a no smoking hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for where we wanted to go. The lobby area is nice. However, our request for room cleaning service was not fulfilled at first request. The breakfast serving area was messy with food scraps. The carpet floor in the room looks old and stained as well as the hallway. The only one elevator was quite slow.

Not bad.

Overall the stay was good. Hot water took a bit to get hot- a lot of water was waisted, three standard pillows for a king size bed-??. I went out and bought a pillow, batteries for the remote needed to be replaced- I bought batteries. The staff were pleasant and polite. Breakfast bar needed attention- needed more than one person to keep up on it on the weekend.
