Communication with host was extremely easy and prompt. Getting in the house was easy and being able to park in the garage was great. The home is very clean, well appointed and spacious. Because of the weather which was unseasonably rainy the pool was not appealing. The owners did have the pool maintenance folks come out to improve the conditions very quickly. Once the sun came out the mountains were beautiful and the night sky was full of stars.

Very clean beautiful home, amazing views, peaceful quiet neighborhood!! AC & fans on when we arrived so nice & cool on a 105 degree day!! Very nice fenced pool area with chairs. Everything we could have needed was available including Kcups for the coffee maker. Host was extremely responsive with any questions i had prior to check in. Followed up after check in to make sure all was ok. I would definitely stay again. Would be a very comfortable place to be if someone needed to stay for a week or more. Fully functioning kitchen with everything you might need to make meals. Great experience wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Neighborhood and Mountain Views!

What a great location this home has! The landscaping was wonderful. It was a joy to have a morning cup of coffee on the back patio and enjoy the mountain views and listen to the birds. The check in process could have been a little more clear and flexible. Even though we were arriving within 60 minutes of the 4:00 check in time, and no one was staying at the property ahead of us, there was no flexibility of an early entry.The house was very nice, but could use a little updating and maintenance. Some of the light bulbs in the kitchen were out or broken. The location and landscaping were the big selling points!

Renewal & Peace in the Sunny Southwest

We felt a sense of renewal and peace as we awoke to the quietness, except for the unique sounds of the birds, of the Santa Catalina mountains at this well appointed property. Anything we needed was at our fingertips and any questions we had were answered within minutes. We were within a few minutes drive to groceries, drug stores,therapy shopping, and amazing restaurants. (A little further away, but definitely worth the drive was El Charro restaurant in downtown Tucson. Amazing!). We cannot wait to return to this same property!

Stay in Tucson

Our stay was okay.. it provided kitchen, bathrooms and a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable. A couple complaints:We had communicated that we wanted to check in early was we had a rehearsal dinner to attend. We were told they would contact us when it was ready
 no one contacted us. :(One of the bed room doors door knob didn’t work
 we got trapped in the room. After minutes of panicking and jiggling we got out. I called the manager and was told they would contact me the next day to schedule getting it fixed. They called at 4pm saying someone was at the house to fix it, and could they enter the property. This is not how scheduling works
 I would have expected a call before someone gets to the property. The property is older, but in a great location. The couple of hiccups really bothered me as this property is not cheap and should have had better communication.

You get what you pay for. Not bad, not great.

We booked this home for two stays based on the ratings and pictures. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. The house is “fine”. Nothing great about it. The pictures oversell the property in our opinion. The view and location are fantastic, but the property isn’t well kept nor are the furnishings. Many of the towels are torn or stained, rugs are stained, bedding is ok. I was very surprised that the pool doesn’t have a heater and doesn’t have any lounge chairs. The property management company was great to work with and quick to respond to any question or concerns. Property just needs a little TLC with bushes being trimmed for easy access in and out of the pool and a trip to Target for new rugs and towels and it would be a completely different experience.

Exactly What We Needed!

We had a wonderful week at the house. It was immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable with more than enough room for all 5 of us. The view of the Catalina Mountains and Finger Rock was perfect and made a great backdrop for coffee by the pool at sunrise every day. The birds and wildlife were a delight for the granddaughter too. Inside we had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well appointed and everything clean and easy to find. The linens and towels were clean and in good condition. The back yard was well kept and the pool was clean and clear. The only issue might be that the outside table is pretty worn, and the bench was worn and peeling which made for a "sticky" situation if you tried to slide in to sit. The corn-hole was also in an unusable condition, but the putting green and hammock were fun. We will definitely consider this as a home away from home next time the family gathers in Tucson. Thank you.

So peaceful

Absolutely a great property. The views are so pretty with the mountains and all the afternoon colors with the sunsets. The backyard is perfect for barbecues and swimming. We did a staycation with our grown kids and new grandson and all of us loved the house. Quiet neighborhood and very cool bathrooms lol! We will definitely return in the future. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy a weekend with the family. Lots of wildlife around!

Great stay

Wife and I rented this place for 6 nights and was great. We like to be in remote location but this property had a neighborhood look with a secluded feel. The house was very private in the back yard almost surprisingly very private. The house was clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay again of i go back to Tucson, being in desert setting is wonderful.
