The Quality Inn canceled our reservation without notifying us because the first name of the person scheduled to check in did not match the first name on the credit card, even though the last name was the same. We showed up to check in and were turned away. Horrible experience.

The property did not honour my reservation for 2 rooms which I paid Tje kept the deposit and said I neededto contact the third party for a refund. According to the worker at the property my re only showed one room. However my CONFIRMATION e-mail showed 2 rooms 2 nights! Totally tacky! Property attempted to get a total of $300 of one room for one night!! I left and demanded a refund! Keep in mind I had proof of the PAID RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION OF 2 ROOMS FOR 2 NIGHTS! PLEASE assist!

Dingy room with stained blankets, cockroaches, room door with a broken lock, "continental breakfast" with broken juice machine and waffle maker not working, no tongs for the bread products, trash and cigarettes out back. The housekeeping staff was friendly. But the front desk staff was not. I would NEVER stay here again.

Booked and paid for a king bed room, upon arrival was told no kings, only queen available, ended up with two beds. One bedspread stained. Overall the room was clean and well equipped. Door sticky and hard to open. Staff was excellent and very friendly.

Roaches. Dirty food in microwave. Stains on bedspread. Found a long black hair on the towels. Dried urine on toilet seat. Basically hasn't been cleaned at all. Probably needs a fumigator. 0/10 do not recommend and pray I get a refund.
