This property was everything and moreâtucked away in the stunning outskirts of Tucson, surrounded by rolling hills and wide-open desert. It felt like my own private world. Mornings on the patio were magical, with breathtaking sunrises and a front-row seat to the desertâs daily showâbunnies, bobcats, birds, and all kinds of wild charm. It was blissfully quiet, the kind of quiet that soaks into your bones. Just a heads-up: the road in is a bit rustic, but totally manageable in good weather.Honestly, Iâd choose this place a hundred times over anything in town. It deepened my love for the desert in ways I didnât expect. Pure magic.
Amazing view, a few glitches, electric guitar music
The location and setting were perfect. Remote location with a beautiful view. A couple of glitches, door code did not work at check-in, laundry/sheets from previous tenant left damp in clothes dryer. But be prepared to listen to electric guitar music (with amp) every morning, coming from the main house. It's not terribly unpleasant but I prefer to choose my own background music. Recommend to the owner that the musician practice with headphones instead if they are going to invite tenants onto the property.
We enjoyed everything about this rental. The host left fresh flowers and wine for us, as well as fresh fruit. It has great views of Tucson and the sunsets are out of this world. We especially appreciated that a cooler was available as it made our day trips to Saguaro and Petrified Forest national parks so simple and easy! If we ever visit Tucson again, we would happily book this rental!
The property is darling. The owner was communicative and accommodating. Wonderful touches of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Kitchen is fully stocked. Outdoor patio is lovely. Comfy bed. Highly recommended!
The house was wonderfully convenient to all of our hiking destinations. It was also delightfully st in a secluded desert setting. The was quite comfortable.
We were looking for a quiet place to do focused writing and reading, with access to nature. This casita was perfect! It is remote, but that was what we were wanted. It offered beautiful sunrises, sunsets and starry nights, and easy access to 189 miles of hiking trails in Saguaro East National Park. We loved it and have already booked it again.
We had the most relaxing time in this cute & cozy casita. No detail was missed in accommodating any need that we may have had during our stay. The views of the stars & city were absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely book again & recommend to friends.
This casita was exactly what we were looking for! The location was perfect- secluded, with beautiful desert views, close to the park. The inside of the casita was even more beautiful in person. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with fresh flowers and fruit and a bottle of wine. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here!.
This rental is wonderful! It was exactly what I hoped for based on the pictures and description. I wanted peace, quiet, comfortable and to feel far from civilization. That's exactly what this place provided. The bed, linens, and towels were luxurious. I arrived in daylight, you will want to as well. The house is situated off a hilly and winding dirt road, the homes in this area are set very far apart so trying to find it in the dark could be challenging. It's also what makes this home that's so close to everything you need or want feel so rural. The only bad thing about my stay here was that I had to leave. I seriously didn't want to, I enjoyed it that much!
