I used to stay at this quality inn every time I pass through this area, the room was not well cleaned or kept table's dirty. The Room was not well cleaned or kept, tub was dirty, the quality has definitely been taken out of the hotel. Ice machines not working, grounds and lawn not well maintained. Continental breakfast in the morning was very sparse to say the least. Probably won't be staying here ever again. Bed and pillows were comfortable for the amount of time that we stayed.

Rudest and most incompetent manager award!!

Would give ZERO stars if I could, absolute joke of an establishment. Sad the manager even calls herself that!! Their washer was not useable, AFTER they gave me quarters and soap. I had loaded my disabled son’s soiled clothing just to find out it wouldn’t work. The manager wouldn’t even show face or attempt to look at the washer or use her master key she just kept making the poor front desk girl run back and forth and told her to tell me “there’s nothing she can do” so I had to pull out SOILED nasty laundry and bag it again. Then to top it off, my door would not deadbolt and the room next to us had a window completely cracked. Stay far and wide from this shizhole, take your money elsewhere. Where they actually care about guests safety and wellbeing. They have signs plastered everywhere how willing they are to help, NOT TRUE. manager sits on her fat A$$ behind a closed door and makes all the workers do her dirty work. Sick and sad. Also have a feed and water station for STRAY cats. So nasty

Good option right off the highway

The room was clean, spacious, and he had a comfortable bed. The front desk young lady was very efficient and helpful. This hotel needs a serious update but it was clean and very conveniently located.

Made reservations on hotel.com we had 4 adults and one small child. The woman at the front desk told us we had to get two rooms. We left. I called to cancel through hotel.com and the lady from the hotel said she wasn’t going to refund my money. Hotels.com said they would resolve it. I’ll let you know later if the charged was removed

The stay was overall good but the shower was not cleaned prior to us checking in. It still had long black hairs all over the bottom. The beds and pillows were very comfy though!

The location was convenient and easy to access. However, the hot water was not working, the ice machine was out of order, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. It’s suitable for a quick overnight stop if you're just passing through, but not ideal for a longer stay.
