The guy working saw me at counter but continued to sort of walk around aimlessly for 5 minutes or so before even speaking to me to ask what I needed. Looked right at me multiple times but did not appear to be doing anything of importance.

We were not happy with service we received at the best western. They were understaffed the entire week and our rooms were not serviced during our five day stay. Breakfast was average and wasn’t stocked properly. Will be staying at the Manchester Best Western our next visit.

Room was clean, beds very comfortable and soft. Area was quiet, staff kind and considerate. Great coffee at breakfast. Only suggestion… there were cobwebs in a few ceiling corners of our room. Not a deal breaker, but also unnecessary. Otherwise great stay, we’ll be back.

When we checked in our TV was not working nor were the lights in the room working however we did get the lights going after speaking with the front desk and they said that their maintenance guy was going to come the following morning. The maintenance guy did show up he was happy he changed out the TV he changed out the router box he did everything in his power to make sure that our TV was working! Unfortunately our TV did not work however they did offer to move us but unfortunately I booked the room because it was handicap accessible that means sad they did make it right with me. I would highly recommend if you are traveling through Winchester stay in at this property they have gone above and beyond for us
