We were in Tulsa for one night. The room was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice for being free. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose though.

Awesome stay

The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at 8 pm and key card opens it also.

We were there for concert at the BOK Center. Perfect location we just literally walked a block and we were there and parking for those who were staying at the hotel was super convenient.

Area around The Hampton Downtown under construction bad park overcharged and no clear parking are marked outside very confusing description inside park where we were told as best as we could from very poor description and received over 250.00 in parking tickets while in the parking area as described which made stay horrible in Tulsa

I chose this property because of its close proximity to the BOK Center. Was great to be within walking distance and not have to worry about parking. We did walk 1/4 of a mile to eat a late lunch at The Tavern. The food was very good! However, there are a lot of homeless down around this area. Something to be aware of before deciding to walk any distance. Especially if alone. The facility was nice. We were just there for one night. I did not utilize anything other than my room. Our room was clean. I didn’t sleep well as I found the mattress to be a little too firm for my liking. My family that stayed in the room with us felt the same (we are not small people, but average size !) May just be luck of the draw, I hope, and not an issue with every room. The sink faucet in the bathroom was also very loose. It worked, so I didn’t worry too much about it, Hopefully it has been reported by housekeeping and is on a list for maintenance. I could have reported it but it was late when we got back to the room, and we left early this morning. Overall, I would stay again and would recommend if attending an event at the BOK. It’s literally across the street!

We had to wait an hour and 45 minutes after checkout time for our room to be ready. The room was clean. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. It was a sliding door that stayed open 2 inches. Checkout time was at 11 but housekeeping entered our room twice before then.

Make sure you have everything you need...

This area of town has no convenience store. So, if you need anything, you will have difficulty. We needed change to do laundry as we were on a long trip. The hotel desk has no change, and the restaurants nearby were cashless. Big problem!
