DIRTY, dont stay.

We travel weekly for sports and have never had this terrible of an experience. Hotel was dirty and had dead bugs in the room! Hair on the bed, urine stains on mattress cover. A guest on the same floor left because they said they found bed bugs. The manager was hostile and refused to refund my room.

Nice staff, good hot breakfast, rooms so-so

The staff was super nice, the breakfast was very good and the common spaces were clean. Our first room had water dripping in through the ceiling (we were on the top floor) and it was evident that the ceiling had been patched before. I called down to the front desk and they moved us right away to a different room. This room was much better however the bathroom had the faint smell of urine before we even used it. It was late and we were exhausted and only staying for one night so we just went to bed. The mattresses felt kind of old and were spring mattresses. Not what one would expect for a new renovation and ownership. I did appreciate the fact that they had the Dove brand soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioner and that they were the refillable bottles, not the wasteful little bottles that half gets used and the rest thrown away. It was in a convenient area. Right off the interstate. Not what I would call a destination but definitely provided us shelter that was satisfactory for the night. Cost was fair.

Great stay!

Everything about our stay met and exceeded our expectations. From the staff’s helpful attitude, to the food, to the choice of toiletries, I was more than satisfied. Our dog felt as welcome as we did! I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The repairs that were made in our room was very poor quality. The ceilings had leaked at some point and it was obvious because the repairs were so poorly done. The drawers for clothing would not stay shut. Only had pull blinds no curtains and the blind was falling apart. The lobby was gorgeous and breakfasts were above average for a hotel. Won’t stay there again.

It was clean. Check in was smooth. Staff were nice. Breakfast was ok; they ran out of potatoes never replenished. Overall, it was worth the price. I would stay here again. Just make sure you’re up early for breakfast.

The best welcome we have had. The young lady was lovely. Even after we dropped and broke a bottle in receotion. She couldn't do enough for us. Nicest hotel as well so clean. Breakfast freat a good choice available. Would definately stay again if were in the area. Please give our thanks for making our stay so welcoming.
