We loved our stay here. Was very quiet. Room looked newly renovated. Was very clean. Breakfast was nice. Would have been nice to have more dairy free options. Pool was nice but lots of chlorine.

After a long 10 hour car ride, i just wanted to relax. Tue ac woupdnt cool properly and kept making noises all night. The tv also wasnt working. Kinda a bummer since i just wanted to relax with a movoe after a long drive. The ac kept me up till 1 am. The hotel was in a nice location and was clean and fresh.

The staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our original room was hot and they removed us with no problems. My only concern is that there were kids running up and down the halls and loud at all hours of the late night and early morning. People calling our phone and hanging up early in the morning as well. There should be signage for parents not to let their children disturb others. Also, I'm not understanding why it is taking so long to refund my incidental hold back to me. It has been five days and it is still processing. It has never taken this long.
