Our room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. All of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional. Exercise room was sufficient for a decent workout. The only thing that was irritating to us was the tub stopper would not stay up and shower water was not draining unless it was held.

The 2 staff I interacted with were wonderful. Room was adequate and climate control responsive (usually a struggle in hotels). Shower pressure was average (another pet peeve of mine on occasion). I did not try the breakfast or indoor pool but would definitely stay again.

This hotel was clean and in a good part of town. Close to restaurants and shopping. Self parking was always easy and felt secure. Our room was very clean. The only thing that I can say for negatives about this hotel: 1. The hotel room doors are HEAVY and slam very loudly if you don't hold it. We constantly heard people slamming doors, so that was a bit frustrating (especially when you're trying to go to sleep). 2. The breakfast could have a few more options for "hot" items. Not everyone eats sausage and eggs.
