Bathroom door is a sliding barn door that didn’t latch and would slide open randomly. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Conveniently located for the event I attended.

They didn’t have extra pillows to offer us. They didn’t provide enough towels. There was a shooting and two people were shot, to which I walked into the middle of once I exited the elevator. I will not stay here again.

The property was not what I expected. The casino is all locals coming and going and a bit of a different crowd than expected. The pool and hot tub are closed even though temperatures in the mid 80’s. The bathrooms in the casino are all nasty and broken. Cops came mutiple times while we there 3 nights for crimes. One of which was major and closed all entrances for hours. Main restaurant never opened in our three days there.

Our stay was wonderful as always. Just a one issue, one of the elevators card reader was not working properly. No notices posted stating the issue.

Upon arrival, the hotel entrance was surrounded by police. The casino staff would only allow that there was an active investigation and I wouldn't be able to check in for "a while". After some time, I found out someone was shot in the lobby, which upon further research, happens from time to time here. I spent about an hour on the phone with Expedia while watching a man running through the parking lot in his underwear, and police holding pedestrians at gunpoint, only for them to offer me a cut rate hotel in a worse part of town, so I had to cut my trip short and drive over 3 hours back home at 2:30 AM.
