It is a prime location for your living part-time or full-time. Aldea Zama is 1 mile away from white powdery beaches, blue skies, clear air, and the most beautiful sunsets you could imagine. The community also has an area with boutique’s, bars, restaurants, markets, gyms and pharmacy’s. You will not have to leave the community, everything you need is in walking distance.

The Mayan culture is an integral part of Tulum’s history and it inspires all aspects of Aldea Zama life. You will experience this magical energy as soon as you arrive here.

You can easily get to everything inside the Aldea Zama community by walking. Walking to Centro Tulum or the Hotel Beach Zona will take about 20 minutes. We suggest taking a short 5-7 minute bike ride unless you really love walking. At night we would suggest renting a one of the many taxis located within the community.
