A Gem

I can’t say enough great things about my 6 days at Hotel Milam. I stayed in one of the private residences with friends. It was the perfect combination of privacy and top notch attentiveness from the wonderful staff. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The food was wonderful. We rarely felt like leaving the hotel. The vibe is serene and not crowded. I wouldn’t suggest it if you are looking for a loud party scene. It is a bit off the beaten path so taxis are a must. If you are looking to relax, eat great food, enjoy the spa, and appreciate an attentive staff then you won’t regret staying here.

Our group of 5 girls loved hotel, it was close to everything, 10 min drive to downtown and 15 mins to the beach. We had private transportation for our whole trip so it is convenient. The hotel is really nice, it has the Tulum jungle vibe. We got the 4 bedroom villas and loved it. Front desk was very helpful ans responsive thru WhatsApp when we needed something. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had SUCH. Great time at this hotel. The service was fantastic, the front desk was always a WhatsApp away and worked so hard to make our trip unforgettable. We stayed at Hotel Milam from April 9–13 to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and it was the perfect romantic escape. From the moment we walked into the breathtaking entrance, we were met with serene vibes and warm hospitality. A welcome drink was offered upon arrival, setting the tone for a peaceful and luxurious stay. I had pre-arranged one of their romantic packages, and my wife was surprised with a beautiful room setup, balloons, candles, and rose petals. The room itself was spotless, modern, and relaxing. We especially loved the private pool inside our room. It added so much comfort and privacy. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower. Bathing under the open sky felt peaceful and grounding, truly connecting us with nature. We also enjoyed a couples massage at Xunáan Spa, located right on the property. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had; deeply relaxing and incredibly thorough, with attention to every inch of the body. Every part of our stay felt intentional and soothing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. If you’re looking for a stylish, romantic getaway in Tulum, Hotel Milam is it. We’ll cherish this trip forever and can’t wait to return.
