The hotel in general is rated 8.5/10 , some improvements needed in rooms accessories, towels/water taps etc. The best to be highlighted is the bar area and the staff working there. They were professional with smile welcoming during my stay in the hotel..

The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there...

Il est indiqué que cet hôtel est un 5 étoiles mais c’est totalement faux! Il ne mérite même pas 3 étoiles! Personnel désagréable et inexpérimenté. Chambre pleine de moustiques, quelqu’un devait m’apporter un produit pour faire fuire les moustiques mais n’est jamais venu. Ils ont fait ma chambre une seule fois en 3 jours, il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de bain quand je suis arrivée, il leur à fallu 2 heures pour m’en apporter, après 3 réclamations. Voisins de chambre bcp trop brouillants mais ils n’ont pas voulu me changer de chambre. Donc très mal dormi. Buffet pour le petit déjeuner désorganisée, manque de tout, pas de tasse pour le café, pas de verre pour l’eau ou jus, pas d’œuf pour les omelettes…. Catastrophique Bref, je ne reviendrais jamais dans cet hôtel.

a éviter mal entretenu, mérite pas ses 5 etoiles Accueil inexistant 2 heures pour avoir sa chambre autour de 16h30, j’ai pourtant payé une chambre vue mer , chambre vue jardin affectée au départ ,pas un verre d’eau pour nous accueillir avec une température de 37degrés , au bar des cafards au sol, chambre moyenne mini bar vide, pomo de douche sale ( voir photo ) , pas de possibilités de payer dans tout l’hôtel contre une signature ( pas possible de déposer une empreinte de carte de crédit ) il faut toujours avoir des espèces sur soi , même pour prendre les serviettes de piscine il faut laisser en espèce une caution ( du jamais vu pour un 5*) , je demande un fer à repasser pas de planche à repasser de disponible dans l’hôtel ( il faut repasser sur le lit !!) , sèche cheveux cassé au niveau des hélices et des moustiques partout dans la chambre ( voir photo )Au niveau de la piscine la peinture de la piscine se décolle un peu partout ( dangereux ) cela flotte à la surface de l’eau . Au moment de quitter l’hôtel on me demande de payer 2 serviettes de bains que je n’ai pas après un échange qui a duré une heure , j’ai quitté l’hôtel sans les payer comme je ne les avais pas

まともな部屋がない。最初は空調がきかない。次変えてもらった部屋はペンキの匂いなのか臭い。次また変えてもらった部屋は、空調も匂いも問題なかったが、空調ダクトから結構な量の水が垂れてくる。もう3回変えたから諦めました。 階段を使って上がっていると、階段を上がった途中フロアに、食べ残しのお皿やタバコの吸い殻が捨ててありました。レストランは味は良かったが、待ち時間が長過ぎた。最悪なホテルでした。

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, la prestation générale est très mauvaise. J'ai payé plus de 200 euros pour une suite avec une climatisation totalement déficiente. Cela a pris presque 2 h pour me trouver une autre chambre simple pour le même prix, mes cartes d´accès se demagnétisaient tout le temps. C'est simple, j´ai dû aller si souvent à l'accueil que la réceptionniste avait un rictus de panique dès qu'elle me voyait !!! Le site,par contre est enchanteur. De grâce, remplacez ces vieilles moquettes puantes et revampez les meubles.
