Check-in was a nightmare and took nearly an hour with multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact the help phone number given at the site. This motel has no staff on hand to check you in or answer questions/solve problems. The help phone number leads to a recorded message telling you to leave a message, but the mailbox is full and does not accept messages.
I finally figured out how to navigate an online check-in system, but after filling out the forms and providing all the request information, when you pressed the SUBMIT button at the bottom, nothing happened.
Additionally, the motel said that there is a breakfast but there was no food available at 7:30 AM when we tried to find something to eat. The room itself was acceptable, but the misrepresentation of this company assures that not only will I never deal with this company again, and I will warn my friends and relatives not to do so either.
During the hour that we in the motel welcome area trying to contact a human, there were two other couples that were having the same problem as us, Disgraceful!
