The room had everything we needed, although the fan was noisy and the batteries in the remote died. Our arrival was early and the ladies that came in from working in the units seemed shocked. I said my name, and they spoke to each other (not in English) then the one looking at the computer screen said “your key is in my house” nothing more…the other lady left and came back with the key. There was no hello, no directions to our unit, nothing, I couldn’t even detect a smile. However we thought we would get dinner at the restaurant, which we don’t normally do, and were pleasantly surprised how delicious and professionally made it was. We had a good nights sleep.

The shower was liking. The sink is not deep enough to be able to wash the dishes. Towels hooks were pull off the wall. We reserve the sauna, but we’re never able to use it. The spa was out of service.

Parking was a little tricky due to being on the end, and making sure our vehicle and the corner next to us could as well. The room was clean, but showing definite signs of wear/age. Great location and good price made up for that.

Okay. Parking is a nightmare, with no designated parks or parking lines, so despite a sign saying 'please park considerably' all four of the nights we stayed the parking was a shambles. Easily rectified if lines painted.

Hair everywhere Surfaces grubby Yucky used soap left in shower Dirty grimmy marks on toilet wall, shower, kitchen, coffee table, light switches grubby Fridge not wiped out Mould on bathroom window Used soap marks in the soap shampoo basket Funky hairs in shower!!!!!!! Toilet had funky brown marks on the well used and aged toilet amd walls bloody yuck All skirtings are black from years of dust Cleaner doesnt clean behind foors either Carpet is so dirty i wasnt going to have barefeet on it Bathroom floor was sticky as Black things on our sheets? Bed cover stunk so bad prob not washed ever? Limited car parking Trucks starting up early morning woke us up Use to stay there monthly for years in front units not back units was ok then Havent returned for a while as work locations changed Booked for Uncles funeral and wasnt clean at all. I woukd say the worst accommodation to date.
