Left to our own devices: a security nightmare.
Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent.
During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency. I managed to reattach the handle only after several attempts and with great difficulty.
But the worst thing was the complete lack of assistance. By 8:15 PM, the hotel phone number was already inactive (it's absurd to discover they only answer a few hours in the afternoon), and the WhatsApp support, supposedly 24/7, proved useless, responding only with automated messages. They only responded the next morning at 9 AM, without even taking steps to repair the damage. We spent the rest of our stay terrified of being trapped in our room again.
As for the room itself, the amenities and interior design were bare bones; just the essentials were there.
The only bright spot in this disaster were the cleaning staff: extremely kind and helpful, the only ones who saved the place. Otherwise, stay away if you value your safety.
