Itse hotellihuone oli ihana hyvillä maisemilla. Aamiainen oli aika keskiverto ja valikoima oli suppea.

Hei Anna-Liisa,Kiitos mahtavasta arviostasi ja palautteestasi!Ihanaa, että olet viihtynyt meillä mainiosti. Ikävä tosin, että katumelu on kantautunut huoneeseen saakka, mutta hienoa, että vierailu on siitä huolimatta ollut mukava kokemus. Toivottavasti näemme pian uudelleen!Hyvää joulun odotusta!

Aamupala ei ollut kovin laadukas ja aamupalaravintolatila oli sekava sekä keskellä sisään ja uloskulkijoiden virtaa. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli ruuhkautunut ja self check poiskäytöstä. Huoneen sisustus ei ollut viihtyisä. Huoneessa olevat pesuainetuotteet eivät olleet laadukkaita. Huoneet olivat erittäin hiljaiset, joka oli miellyttävää. Parkkihalli oli ahdas ja paikkaa ei voinut varata, mikäli tarvitsi autoa vielä saman päivän aikana käyttöönsä.

Teemme jatkuvasti töitä saadaksemme aamiaiskokemuksen asiakkaillemme mukavammaksi ja olemmekin tehneet parannuksia ihan juuri lähiviikkoina. Huoneiden sistus juontaa juurensa hotellin alueen historiaan ja sen teollisuuteen. Välitän kehityskohteenne eteenpäin, jotta voisimme parantaa palveluamme tulevaisuudessa.Mukavaa kuitenkin, että huoneen hiljaisuus on miellyttänyt.Mukavaa joulunodotusta!

huone oli ahdas, pyyhkeitä ja juoma mukeja ei ollut riittävästi, samoin kolmas yöpyjiä ei pyynnöstä huolimatta saanut lisätyynyä jne…pieniä puutteita mutta viihtyvyyteen vaikuttavia. Kuohuviini oli iloinen yllätys, kun annoimme palautteen vaikka em.asiota ei silti huomioitu.
