Upon checking into our room after driving all day long, once inside the room, we noticed that the sheets on both beds were not clean. We went back to the front desk and told them about the sheets and they did put us into another room. However once in the 2nd room the same thing, both beds had dirty sheets. At this point we decided to change to a different hotel although they attempted to put us in another room. This was just unacceptable!

I booked this hotel weeks before traveling across country to attend the Alabama vs. LSU college football game. I went through multiple hotel website pictures and reviews before booking. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly front desk agent who assisted me with my check in. When I opened the door to the room it was absolutely filthy from top to bottom. The sheets (comforter, down sheet and pillowcases) had cigarette burn holes in them, the lampshades had brown swill inside, the floor was covered in a film of a sticky substance, the toilet had a ring around the bottom that smelled of bile and human feces, the bathroom vanity had cracks all throughout which harbored hair follicles and multiple different debris substances and the entire room reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. My brother and I didn’t even put our belongings on any of the surfaces because we were worried about bed bugs or any other spreadable disease. We immediately left and I returned my hotel keys to the front desk agent and explained to her that I would absolutely not be staying in that room or hotel establishment. I would like a 100% refund for not only the multiple inconveniences my family and I had to endure but also for the lack of transparency within the online booking.Images that were on your actual website.

This is the most disgusting place to stay . The room was filthy. Cracks in the floor, the ceilings were dirty, the bathtub was filthy, there was a shoe print on the back of the bathroom door, it smelled like marijuana, I could go on and on
