The check in process was alot of waiting around the doors were locked and there was no one in the lobby to help us for a good 15 minutes. Our TV was broke the bed was hard a rock and the floor was filthy.
The location is perfect but when u pull the neighboring hotel had been demolished and cleaned up. You actually take back entrance to front of hotel. No snacks, only coffee served. Other than that we loved our 2 night stay. Pet friendly and not smelly rooms. The staff very nice too. We would stay again.
Checking out, the lady at front desk was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I was told to leave the LOBBY and wait OUTSIDE while she check my room before I could get my cash deposit back. Like lady we did y'all job every day up until we checked out. Really felt judged and discriminated against. Never Again, will I waste my hard working money on a stay like this!!!!!

I didnt like the staff or customer service. T. C WAS THE ONLY ONE OKAY. THEN THEY POPPED UP WITH AND EXTRA CHARGEVTHE NEXT DAYAND TRIED TO BE SMART ABOUT IT. THATVWAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN
My stay was the worse. I checked in Friday didn't have enough towels us to bathe with. They only give you 2 face towels and 2 big dry towels for 5 people, the next thing I get a call on Saturday bout 3pm they gonna charge me an extra $20.00 bc whatever his reason was for and then tried to be smart about the issue. The manager says that he don't have anything to do with the mistake they made when I checked in by not charging me more and they took it out of my deposit. The house keeper was rude also. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
