Summary:

Tutukaka Heads Lodge, with stunning ocean views, generous space for large groups and luxury conveniences of wifi, salt pool , and even a hot tub to soak under the stars is the perfect place for a long family holiday, a romantic getaway or even a corporate event.



This split level home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A spacious lounge/dining kitchen area with conservatory/ sun room. Three of the five bedrooms open to a wrap around deck to make the most of sprawling views from all directions.



The Space:

Please read for more details about your holiday bach! Comfortably sleeps 12 with 5 double bedrooms, with 2 of these bedrooms having ensuites. Four bedrooms have queen sized beds and 1 bedroom has 2 single bunk beds. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and 3 of the bedrooms enjoy opening onto the wrap around deck. There is a large double garage which gives you internal access into the home along with a laundry and extra toilet.



The main bathroom features a large spa bath. There is also a small office situated off the lounge in case you are here with work. Wifi and a smart TV will ensure you have plenty of viewing choices.



The property features a swimming pool (not heated) and spa for everyone to enjoy. (The pool is a salt pool with a salt generator that makes chlorine).

This property is animal friendly and partially fenced, ensuring that your pets are safe and secure. Maximum two dogs per stay. Pet fees apply.

Dogs are welcome inside, just not on the beds or couches.

There is also access to a private beach just a short walk down the private shared road.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the home.

Please note pets need to be kept out of all paddocks nearby as livestock grazing.



The Neighborhood:

The property offers privacy as no direct neighbours in this rural setting, however, the property is located on a shared driveway lane with neighbours nearby as the bird flies.

Getting Around:

The Tutukaka Marina and Hub is a few minutes drive where you will find cafes, bars, restaurants, petrol and is the gateway to the famous Poor Knights Islands, subtropical wonderland. There is also a number of beautiful beaches in the area that are a short drive to name a few, Church Bay, Kowharewa Bay, Pacific Bay, Dolphin Bay and Whangaumu Bay. In the vicinity are also our local surf beach Sandy Bay and Woolleys Bay, Whale Bay and the most popular Matapouri Bay and Mermaid Pools, with numerous coastal walks all over the Tutukaka Coast.

Get set to relax with our Cleaning fee which includes linen hire and beds made up on your arrival and bath towels for your guests. We'll take care of the dirty linen and the departure clean so you can relax until the last minute.

**Please note due to remote location, rubbish removal is not included. We do ask that the property is left in a reasonably tidy condition.



The bed linen configurations are supplied up at our discretion based on the number of people booked.  Double, Queen, King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you pior to your booking.

If you require any additional linen changes during your stay then this will incur extra costs as per our terms and conditions.



A pet fee of $55.00 per pet is payable and is non refundable.

Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave.



Interaction with Guests:

We are local and available for any queries or if the unexpected pops up! However we provide contactless check-in and typically leave guests to enjoy their stay uninterrupted.

Tutukaka Heads Lodge offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
