Room 10, downstairs on the end is not a good room. The staff is friendly and hard working, but this time my room was not great. Very basic stripped down room. Good location, but get an upstairs room or else you will hear every footstep.

I've stayed at the Wildwood twice now and it's one of my favorite places to stay. It's super convenient to awesome restaurants and even mini golf! The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff is fantastic and ready to assist with help and directions. I highly recommend the Wildwood Inn.

Beware bedbugs!

We booked a full weekend but woke up after 1st night to find a bedbug! We packed up and left instantly. Alerted front desk who seemed horrified and said manager would contact us to discuss situation but never did!!! That was 4 days ago. I get that this could happen at any hotel, but not to contact us to tell us how they’d alleviate or fix for future guests ?? I can’t stand by and let that happen

This hotel is in a great location in Twain Harte with easy parking and very walkable to dining and a great park for kids to play. The room was clean and had necessary amenities, but the building must be old because noise comes through very easily and I was awoken anytime a neighboring room opened or closed a door. It would sound like our own door was being slammed. There was also no notice that the room wasn't going to be serviced each day so we ended up with no towels and toilet paper. When calling the office around 8pm to retrieve some for ourselves they were already gone and said it would have to wait until tomorrow. It's a good thing a 7/11 is close by. I would stay again for ease of access to snow and the town, but I would say it's definitely a two star hotel as reviewed.
