Tybee Island Stay

House was very nice and clean - just as described. Water pressure was great, hot tub was great. Cable TV did not work but TV was logged into Disney and Netflix from prior guest so Thankful we had plenty to watch. House had everything we needed. - Ice makers in Freezers were great. Location was great. Would rent again at this location.

June vacation

First impression was not good. Wiped up water off the kitchen floor with paper towel, it was black! Kitchen floor really needed attention & there is no swiffer or other mop to clean it. The ice maker was not working, you came out but was unable to fix it but gave us a bag of ice. Still was not working correctly. The grill rack was dirty & rusty. We cleaned it & you did bring out a new one later. The humidity downstairs was bad. Even the unused towels were wet. Needs a dehumidifier. Furnishing beach chairs, wagon or other items would be welcomed. The games need an extension cord to connect them for use.

Perfect for a Big Family

The house was perfect for multiple families. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and short walk to downtown to rent bikes. We will be back!

Multi family stay

We had 6 adults and 6 kids and this house was perfect! We had plenty of beds and space. The location was amazing! A short walk to the beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. We had all that we needed to cook a dinner for 12 and make cookies. There was plenty of paper products and soaps in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and foosball table and adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub. We also enjoyed using both porches. The outdoor shower was super convenient after spending the day at the beach. We would definitely recommend large groups to stay here!

Wonderful Home and Experience!

This house was pristine! A block away from the beach, perfect for kids, perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own room, their own bathroom, game room for the kids, hot tub for the adults (and kids), ample parking for 3 cars. We were 2 families, 2 additional solo adults, 4 kids. We came to run the Tybee Island 1/2 Marathon and Everyone had the best time!

10 of us girls spent 5 days here, The place was clean, spacious and close to everything! Plenty of beds and bathrooms, which is wonderful with 10 ladies. Management awesome to work with. Few minor issues that were handled quickly. About 20 min from Savannah very easy drive. Would definitely stay again

Great house & location

Our big friend group loved staying in this house! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space to spread out (big dining room table & gorgeous decks were a huge plus). The location was also great, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and bars. One note for guests who may be flying into the area: the house didn't include beach items (i.e., chairs, beach towels, etc.), nor many cleaning items. We were given two trash bags, a small thing of dish soap & dishwasher pods, but with a big group, we needed to buy rolls of trash bags, clorox wipes, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Some of the kitchen supplies need additions or replacements (pans, notably). We were disappointed that we were unable to get the hot tub working. It was in August, so it was okay but slightly disappointing. We also recommend some additional communication around recycling. Only when we were sent the check-out instructions were we informed that there was no recycling on site and it had to be taken to a separate location. Overall, we had a great time. The location was truly ideal, great for all the summer fun you could possibly want! Thank you for hosting us!

Girls Trip

This house was better than expected. It was perfect for our trip of 10 girls. Spacious rooms, plenty of beds and bathrooms, dining room table was big enough and the decks were fantastic. The house was very clean when we arrived and had no issues. Close enough walk to restaurants and bars. Will definitely remember this house for future rentals!! 100% recommend!
