We have pictures to proof. The downstairs bedroom smelled musky and like smoke. The bathroom flushed i. The shower when the shower was used upstairs. Stains on the gloor, carpets, table and chairs. The foyer downstairs flooded after the rain. The bathroom upstairs still had poop on the side of the toilet and needed to be cleaned by us before using. Customer service was very delayed or nihil. Hard to find and no support. I would not rent from them again. Know plumbing issue with a ceiling colapse two weeks prior.
